Many teen moms were clueless about pregnancy chances, CDC says

In an astonishing report the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) has found that about one third of adolescent mothers were not aware of the possibility of getting pregnant and that one half of adolescents did not use any form of contraception. The failure to use contraception was in part due to partner's refusal. Finally, this research study demonstrated that teenager pregnancy is on the rise in the U.S.

    I read this story this morning. It's pretty shocking considering how much information people have access to in the United States!
