Nowadays in the United States and around the world, Bullying
is a big issue that most of the teenagers are facing. There are a lot of
campaigns and documentaries about this controversial topic, so a film producer named Harvey Weinstein created a new documentary
called ‘’Bully’’; this is showing every single detail some of the teenagers are
facing but there are a lot of negative feedbacks because the MPAA thinks that
it is too strong to show this to kids in middle school (where this documentary
would be really helpful) and that the language is inappropriate. However, as
the rated R results were shown, many people were making a petition to release
this documentary for the good of children.
This was an interesting story to me because it seemed almost silly. Why not let children see this movie about bullying?
