New Orleans in 4th place for Hipster culture

According to travel + Leisure magazine, New Orleans makes the top 10 in the magazine’s list called “America’s Best Cities for Hipsters”. New Orleans is in 4^th place because it is a city that offers so much culture to Hipster people. The author of the article displayed that “We may not be Portland, Seattle or San Francisco but New Orleans has a legendary café culture and a rich music and arts scene”. Travel + Leisure pointed that the best and newest place to see this culture is Marigny area, which is an historic neighborhood.
