Three new boutiques just opened for you "Mesdames". The first one, Hattie Sparks, located next to Tulane and Loyola , is all about clothes, new mix with vintage. The second one named Melange by KP is more about tradition and antiques where you can find the perfect gift and fourniture for your house. The last one looks like the first one but second one but more colored, flashy and modern.
