The new owner of New Orleans Hornets, Tom Benson was introduced by the NBA Commissioner, David Stern at New Orleans Arena on Sunday afternoon.
Benson used $338 million to buy the Hornets from National Basketball Association. Benson and his wife, Gayle attended the Hornets game and finally Hornets beat Memphis Grizzlies by the score of 88 to 75. The following information is talking about the drafts in 2012, Hornets have big chance to get two good players this year.
This was a HUGE surprise to me--I had no idea that Tom Benson was even thinking about buying the Hornets! Maybe now they will change the name of the team to something better...
